Return & Exchange Policy
Vantage Point Tactical has a NO Return, NO Refund Policy. No refunds or exchanges will be given until the item(s) are received by the store manager. This includes orders received for class from which you withdraw. Receipt must be presented at time of return or exchange.
ALL refund requests must be sent to email@example.com. No refund requests will be approved if requested over phone or in person.
100% refund up to 14 days prior to the first class date.
50% refund up to 7 days prior to the first class date.
There is no refund 6 days prior to the first class date.
Size's can be exchanged by calling (800)-497-6732 x21 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges can be made up to 30 days from receiving the original order. After 30 days the order falls under our return policy.
Be advised: Orders must be made 72 business hours before a course starts so that they are ready for the first day of class. Any orders made less than 72 business hours before a course starts may be delayed for more than a week and become responsibility of the student to pick up Orders during business hours at the Carver location.
We do not ship orders unless special arrangements are made. Please call (800)-497-6732 x21 if you would like your order shipped.
